Fox’s Ainsley Earhardt Shares Prayer for Her Tween Daughter

Ainsley Earhardt is highlighting faith, motherhood and patriotism as she prepares to release her new children’s book, America, I’m So Glad You Were Born, on June 2, 2026. In a recent interview with ChurchLeaders, the Fox News host said her biggest wish for her 10-year-old daughter, Hayden, is that she “knows Jesus” and that readers would pray for her daughter’s protection while she is being raised in New York City.
Earhardt said becoming a mother transformed her understanding of love. She described Hayden as a gift from God and said she feels she was meant to be her mother. The broadcaster also spoke about her parenting style, saying she tries to balance discipline with warmth so that her home feels safe, joyful and welcoming. She said she wants Hayden’s childhood memories to be filled with fun, comfort and a sense that her mother was always present.
That sense of love and gratitude helped inspire Earhardt’s latest book, which focuses on America and the values she says make the country special. She said the book is meant to help children appreciate the United States, especially its democratic system and the right to vote. According to Earhardt, the story explains these ideas in a simple way that young readers can understand.
Earhardt said she believes the U.S. is “the greatest country in the world” and emphasized that many Americans do not fully appreciate the freedoms they enjoy. The book’s description says it celebrates the nation’s heritage and traditions, while also pointing to core freedoms such as speech, religion and opportunity. Earhardt said those values are important to teach children early, and she wants the book to serve as an accessible introduction to those ideas.
The new release follows her 2022 children’s book, I’m So Glad You Were Born, which focused on love and individuality. Together, the two books reflect Earhardt’s interest in writing messages for children that combine personal values, family themes and encouragement.
Earhardt has also previously said that her daughter is a central part of her life and that motherhood has given her a deep sense of purpose. With her latest book, she is extending that message from her home life to a broader reflection on faith, family and country.
America, I’m So Glad You Were Born is scheduled to be released on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
