iPhone 18 Pro: New Signature Color Leaks, First Photos Surface

Rumors about the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max are intensifying as production reportedly gets underway, giving supply-chain sources more opportunities to leak details. A Korean leaker, yeux1122, has shared images said to show iPhone 18 Pro chassis obtained from suppliers, and the pictures point to three possible finishes for Apple’s next premium phones: cherry red, light blue, and dark gray or black.
The most notable color is the deep red finish, reportedly called Dark Cherry. If accurate, it would be a first for Apple, which has never offered this kind of rich cherry-red tone on an iPhone before. The color is being described as a potential signature look for the iPhone 18 Pro, similar to how Cosmic Orange stands out on the iPhone 17 Pro. In current Apple lineup discussions, the orange iPhone 17 Pro is considered the easiest model to spot from a distance, and Dark Cherry could play the same visual role for the next generation.
The light blue finish also stands out because it appears brighter and softer than the blues Apple usually uses. Compared with previous Pro models, this version is described as noticeably pale and luminous, suggesting Apple may be testing a more distinctive tone for the 18 Pro series. The third finish, dark gray or black, is less certain. Some analysts believe this option may not make the final cut, while others think Apple could instead choose a more traditional, lighter silver-like color. That possibility has also been mentioned in prior rumors.
The images shared by yeux1122 do not necessarily confirm the final retail colors, since the chassis may still be at a testing stage. However, the leak aligns with earlier speculation about the same three shades: black or dark gray, light blue, and dark cherry red. This consistency has added credibility to the rumor, even though nothing is official yet.
Apple often uses color to define the identity of a Pro iPhone generation, and the reported Dark Cherry finish could become the iPhone 18 Pro’s defining visual feature if it reaches production. For now, these details remain unconfirmed, and the final lineup could still change before launch. As with every new iPhone generation, the official answer should arrive at Apple’s September announcement event, when the company is expected to reveal the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max in full.
