Florentino Pérez Eyes PSG Stars Vitinha and Bradley Barcola Amid Premier League Transfer Interest

Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are at the center of several transfer and election-linked storylines as the summer window approaches.

One of the biggest names being discussed is Vitinha, the Portugal midfielder who has become a key figure for PSG. Since joining from Porto, he has drawn praise for his control in midfield and his role in helping the French club win consecutive UEFA Champions League titles. Reports in Spain suggest that if Florentino Perez is re-elected as Real Madrid president in Sunday’s June 7 election, Vitinha could be used as a marquee promise to strengthen Perez’s campaign. Spanish journalist Pacojo Delgado has reportedly identified the midfielder as a potential “electoral trump card” for Perez, who is seeking a third term.

Another PSG player attracting Premier League attention is Bradley Barcola. Fabrizio Romano has reported that Arsenal and Liverpool are both interested in signing the France international this summer, while a third unnamed club is also believed to be in the race. Barcola, 23, has played an important part in PSG’s recent European success and has registered 13 goals and seven assists in 49 appearances across all competitions. Romano said movement is expected around the winger after earlier reports in May, adding that Barcola’s agent, Moussa Sissoko, has represented him since 2025.

In Germany, Bayern Munich are reportedly pushing to sign Eintracht Frankfurt defender Nathaniel Brown. According to Florian Plettenberg, Bayern have reached a full verbal agreement with the 22-year-old left-back over a summer move, with a contract running until 2031 already said to be in place. Brown has impressed this season with four goals and four assists in 33 Bundesliga matches and has earned a place in Germany’s FIFA World Cup squad. However, the transfer is not yet complete, as Frankfurt sporting director Markus Krosche is said to be demanding as much as €60 million. The deal could still collapse if Bayern and Frankfurt cannot agree on a fee.

PSG are also preparing for another major negotiation involving Randal Kolo Muani. The France forward spent the 2025/26 season on loan at Tottenham Hotspur after a successful spell with Juventus in the second half of the 2024/25 campaign. His Premier League stint was less productive, producing just one goal and one assist in 30 league appearances. Despite that, PSG reportedly value him at €30 million and want a permanent transfer. La Gazzetta dello Sport says Juventus remain interested, and another meeting between the clubs is expected soon. Juventus are hoping Kolo Muani’s preference to return to Turin will help them reach an agreement.

As the summer market opens, PSG, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Arsenal, Liverpool and Juventus all appear set to be involved in significant transfer movement.
