Biles posted a photo of three hospital wristbands, suggesting she had received medical attention, but she did not say where she was treated or what caused the emergency.
Biles called it one of the scariest experiences of her life and said she had spent the week resting in bed. She also shared images of flowers and thanked members of her close circle for checking in, visiting and sending gifts during the difficult time.
In her posts, Biles indicated that her husband, NFL safety Jonathan Owens, was in Indianapolis for practice sessions when the scare happened. Owens currently plays for the Indianapolis Colts. Biles said the timing made the situation more difficult, but added that she would explain more later.
