Tebo Regency Urges Community to Celebrate Eid al-Adha with Spirit of Giving and Togetherness
The Tebo Regency Government used the celebration of Eid al-Adha 1447 Hijriah to encourage residents to strengthen social care, unity, and mutual cooperation. Regent Agus Rubiyanto and Deputy Regent Nazar Efendi both conveyed their greetings to the people of Tebo and highlighted the deeper meaning of the Islamic holiday beyond worship and ritual.
Agus Rubiyanto said Eid al-Adha is a reminder of sincerity and sacrifice in daily life, especially in social relations. He stated that the spirit of the holiday should be used to deepen togetherness, increase concern for others, and bring blessings to the community of Tebo Regency. He also urged people to maintain unity and solidarity as part of support for a more advanced and prosperous regional development agenda.
In his message, Agus expressed hope that the moment of Eid al-Adha would inspire residents to strengthen harmony and reinforce community values. He conveyed his greetings on behalf of himself, his family, and the Tebo Regency Government, offering apologies and wishing the public a meaningful celebration.
Deputy Regent Nazar Efendi made similar remarks, describing Eid al-Adha as an opportunity to improve faith while also strengthening social ties among citizens. He said the spirit of sacrifice should encourage brotherhood, cooperation, and mutual help within society. According to him, Eid al-Adha is not only about religious devotion but also about sharing happiness with others.
Nazar also expressed hope that this year’s celebration would bring peace, health, and blessings to all residents of Tebo. He extended his Eid greetings on behalf of himself, his family, and the local administration, and prayed that the community’s worship and sacrifices would be accepted by Allah SWT.
