Madison Beer Blushes as Justin Herbert Flirts During Live Q&A After Chargers QB Crashes Pop Icon’s Session
A clip from Madison Beer’s Amsterdam soundcheck during her “Locket Tour” quickly spread on X on Tuesday after an unexpected moment on stage involving her boyfriend, Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert. While Beer was speaking with fans before the show, her phone rang and she answered it live, only to discover Herbert was calling. Beer reacted warmly, told him she was busy, and then ended the call by saying “I love you” in front of the crowd.
Beer’s Amsterdam concert took place on May 21 at the Ziggo Dome, where she performed songs from her tour setlist, including “Baby,” a track with a special connection to Herbert. The song’s music video features Herbert as her romantic lead, and the live performance drew attention because Beer appeared to direct part of the lyrics toward him from the stage. During the show, she sang the line “I’m the best you ever had, Justin, I can turn you on,” while looking toward the area of the arena where Herbert was watching.
The couple were also seen spending time together in Europe beyond the concert. The day after the Amsterdam show, Beer and Herbert were spotted walking casually through the streets of Paris. Herbert is currently in the NFL offseason and reportedly traveled overseas to support Beer during her European tour dates. The pair also attended Harry Styles’ concert in Amsterdam on May 20, taking a night off before Beer’s own performance.
Herbert’s trip comes as the Chargers move through their offseason program. He skipped some voluntary spring practices, including media-open Phase 2 sessions, to be with Beer in Europe. Those workouts are optional under the NFL collective bargaining agreement, while attendance will be required later at mandatory minicamp, scheduled for June 16 to June 18. The Chargers’ official OTA period began on May 26.
Beer’s European leg of the “Locket Tour” is scheduled to wrap up on May 31 in England, and Herbert is expected to remain overseas with her through the end of the month. After a brief break, Beer will resume the tour in June with shows across the United States and Canada.
Herbert and Beer publicly confirmed their relationship in October 2025, when cameras captured them kissing on the sidelines during a Los Angeles Chargers home game against the Washington Commanders at SoFi Stadium. Since then, the pair have drawn frequent attention whenever they appear together, especially when Herbert is seen supporting Beer during major tour moments.
