$700K Aurora Ranch Home Includes Country Club Access

A home in Aurora is drawing attention for blending suburban convenience with country club amenities in one of the metro area’s fastest-growing eastern corridors. Located at 26534 E. Links Place, the 4-bedroom, 3-bath property is listed for $700,000 and will be open for tours from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 30. Built in 2017, the 3,929-square-foot home features an open kitchen with an island, a large basement with two bedrooms, and a low-maintenance backyard designed with xeriscaping to reduce water use.

The property sits south of the Aurora Reservoir and within walking distance of Blackstone Country Club, making it part of a neighborhood that offers a lifestyle combining “ranch life” with country club living. According to Andrew Malkoski, associate broker and owner of Denver 100, the homeowners association fee includes membership to the club, which provides access to a fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball, dining, and social events. Buyers can also upgrade their membership to include golf privileges.

Malkoski said Blackstone stands out in the Southlands area because it is the only golf course country club neighborhood in the community. He also noted that the neighborhood is largely built out, though a few new-construction lots remain available. Beyond Blackstone, more new homes are being built to the east and south, reflecting Aurora’s continued expansion in those directions.

The broader Aurora and Arapahoe County housing market has seen steady but measured movement. A market trends report from the Denver Metro Association of Realtors showed that most homes in Arapahoe County sold for $604,000 or more in April, up 2.7% from the same month a year earlier. Over the first four months of the year, new listings in the county were down more than 4%, while closed sales rose more than 1%, suggesting slightly tighter inventory even as demand remained active.

Malkoski said higher interest rates have kept the market somewhat slower, but buyer interest has recently picked up. With inventory lower than in previous years, buyers have fewer options, yet many are still looking to purchase homes in the area. He added that Southlands has been one of Aurora’s fastest-growing areas over the past decade, especially as the city continues to expand eastward.

The Blackstone home reflects that growth, offering a mix of modern design, outdoor efficiency, and access to recreational amenities in a neighborhood positioned near ongoing development. For buyers seeking space, convenience, and community features in southeast Aurora, it represents a snapshot of the region’s evolving housing market and suburban appeal.
