Football Gossip: Rogers, Cambiaso, Diomande, Rashford, Fernandes, Kluivert and Dumfries Reportedly Linked to Moves

Aston Villa do not intend to sell Morgan Rogers despite growing interest in the 23-year-old attacking midfielder, with Arsenal among the clubs tracking the England international. Villa consider Rogers an important part of their long-term plans and are not prepared to entertain offers at this stage.

Barcelona are continuing to push for a permanent move for Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford. Hansi Flick, sporting director Deco and president Joan Laporta are all said to remain keen on the 28-year-old, even with Bayern Munich, Newcastle, Tottenham and Aston Villa also showing interest in the England international.

Real Madrid are reported to have held talks with Inter Milan right-back Denzel Dumfries, who has become their preferred target to strengthen the position. The 30-year-old Netherlands international has a £21.6m release clause, making him an accessible option for the Spanish champions as they look to reinforce their defence.

Elsewhere, Bayern Munich and Arsenal are both interested in Eintracht Frankfurt left-back Nathaniel Brown, 22, while Manchester City and Chelsea are monitoring Juventus wing-back Andrea Cambiaso, 26. Barcelona are also keeping tabs on Cambiaso’s situation as they continue to assess options for the summer window.

Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain are both said to be watching RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande, although the German club remain relaxed about his future. Leipzig believe the 19-year-old will stay for at least another year and are working on a new improved contract for the talented youngster.

Juventus are exploring Bournemouth forward Justin Kluivert as an alternative to Real Madrid attacker Brahim Diaz. The Italian club are weighing up their options as they look to add attacking depth and flexibility to their squad.

Manchester United have also scouted Juventus defender Pierre Kalulu, with the Turin club potentially under pressure to sell after failing to qualify for the Champions League. The France international could be moved on as Juventus seek to balance their finances.

West Ham midfielder Mateus Fernandes, 21, is reportedly available for a transfer, with Manchester United and Arsenal both making contact. Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be monitoring the Portugal international’s situation.

Aston Villa, Atletico Madrid and Borussia Dortmund are among the clubs interested in Club Brugge striker Nicolo Tresoldi. The 21-year-old German forward is attracting attention after a strong and productive season in Belgium, and a move away from Club Brugge could follow if bids arrive.

The latest reports suggest a busy transfer market ahead, with Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga and Serie A clubs all competing for emerging talents and established internationals. Key names such as Rogers, Rashford and Dumfries are expected to remain central to the summer’s transfer speculation as clubs continue to assess their squads and targets.
