MAGA Supporters Target Real Estate Agent Accused of Celebrating Pam Bondi’s Cancer Diagnosis

A Louisville, Kentucky real estate agent is facing a wave of online backlash after a TikTok video circulated on X that critics say appeared to mock former Attorney General Pam Bondi’s thyroid cancer diagnosis. The clip showed a woman lip-syncing to audio that included the line, “And I am not saying she deserved it, but I am saying God’s timing is always right,” alongside a screenshot of Republican Nebraska Gov. Jim Pillen signing the Stand With Women Act. Some viewers interpreted the post as celebrating Bondi’s illness, although the connection between the audio and the cancer diagnosis was not clearly explained.

The video was reposted by an X account that identified the woman as “Amanda,” described her as a self-proclaimed liberal, and said she worked as a real estate agent in the Louisville area. The account also urged conservatives to avoid doing business with her and said people house-hunting in Kentucky should “steer clear of her listings.” That repost helped push the clip into conservative social media circles, where it quickly drew thousands of reactions and comments from MAGA supporters.

The response was intense and often hostile. Many commenters criticized the woman’s appearance, demanded that her employer be identified, and called on conservatives in Kentucky to share her identity and brokerage information. Some replies escalated into broader attacks on liberal women, while others took a more measured tone, saying that wishing harm on someone over a medical diagnosis was deeply inappropriate. The incident shows how quickly a short social media post can lead to targeted backlash once it is amplified by politically aligned accounts.

Bondi’s cancer diagnosis was publicly disclosed in April, when she revealed that she had been diagnosed with thyroid cancer shortly after President Donald Trump removed her from her position as attorney general. She later said in an interview with CBS that she had surgery and was continuing treatment while remaining active in public life. Despite her health battle, Bondi recently joined the White House’s Presidential Council of Advisors on Science and Technology, which has a major focus on artificial intelligence policy.

Vice President J.D. Vance has praised Bondi’s continued involvement, saying she remains an important part of the president’s team. Her political career, however, has been marked by controversy. Toward the end of her tenure in the Trump administration, reports said Trump was frustrated that she had not pursued legal cases against his political opponents as aggressively as he wanted. She also faced scrutiny over her handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files, an issue that has continued to draw attention because of Trump’s past association with the convicted sex offender.

The Louisville controversy adds to the broader pattern of social media-fueled political outrage, where a single clip can trigger reputational damage, harassment, and calls for boycotts. In this case, the backlash was driven by the perception that the TikTok video was insensitive toward a public figure undergoing cancer treatment, and it quickly became a flashpoint for partisan anger online.
