Jalen Brunson and Wife Ali Share a Kiss After Winning Eastern Conference Finals MVP

Jalen Brunson helped the New York Knicks complete an Eastern Conference finals sweep of the Cleveland Cavaliers and then shared an emotional moment with his wife, Ali, on the court at Rocket Arena. After the Knicks’ 130-93 win in Game 4 on May 25, 2026, Brunson was named series MVP by unanimous vote and received the Larry Bird trophy from Knicks legends Walt “Clyde” Frazier and Patrick Ewing.
Ali Brunson, a pilates instructor and licensed doctor of physical therapy, posted about the moment on social media, saying she could not wait to tell the couple’s 1-year-old daughter, Jordyn, that her father is going to the NBA Finals. Jordyn was pictured wearing a Brunson shirt. Ali also reshared the Knicks’ announcement of Brunson as the 2026 Eastern Conference finals MVP, adding emotional emojis.
Brunson wore the spotlight in the series, averaging 25.5 points and 7.8 assists per game against Cleveland while shooting 48.7% from the field. He scored 15 points in the clinching game as New York finished the sweep. The victory extended the Knicks’ winning streak to 11 games and sent the franchise to the NBA Finals for the first time since 1999.
Following the game, Brunson spoke about the significance of the moment and his connection to the team and city. He said it was an honor to be part of the Knicks organization and described the run as part of an ongoing journey, adding that the team is still building its story.
The celebration marked a major milestone for both Brunson and the Knicks, who are now one step away from an NBA championship.
