Guy Jodoin’s New Look Sparks Major Reaction

Guy Jodoin drew attention this week at Bell Media’s 2026-2027 programming reveal after appearing with a thick white beard and white hair, a look that immediately sparked jokes from attendees who compared him to Santa Claus. The change, however, is not tied to the holidays or a simple style refresh. Jodoin confirmed that the transformation is for a project he is currently filming, though he is not yet ready to share full details. He said he is already about three-quarters of the way through the shoot and has only a short portion left to complete.
His statement quickly fueled curiosity about what he may be working on. The former host of Le Tricheur appears to be preparing a notable return to games and possibly to a more comedic format, but no official information has been released yet. What is clear is that Jodoin will remain highly visible on screens in the months ahead.
At Noovo and Crave’s major programming announcement, it was revealed that he will host a brand-new game show titled Rocamboulesque!. The series promises an offbeat and physical competition in which two trios of public personalities face absurd challenges while trying to move a giant four-meter ball through a wildly unconventional course. Described as unlike anything previously seen on Quebec television, the show will include 10 episodes of 60 minutes and will premiere on Crave in November. The identity of the celebrity participants and the prizes remain undisclosed, adding to the anticipation surrounding the project.
Jodoin is also involved in Fear Factor Célébrités on Crave, hosted by Patrick Huard. In that series, he teams up with his friend Jean Tanguay to take on extreme challenges in an effort to avoid elimination. His presence on the show adds another high-profile project to his growing slate.
In addition, Crave subscribers can currently see him in the fiction series Les Crues, where he plays Stéphane Ouellet, the very red-haired agent of characters portrayed by Marie-Lyne Joncas and Eve Côté. A second season is already being developed, further extending Jodoin’s run in scripted and unscripted television.
