At the time, Coleman’s ex-wife, Shannon Price, had reportedly wanted half of his ashes, but Gray refused the request, saying it was not what Coleman would have wanted. She emphasized that Coleman had wanted a peaceful life, and that she intended to provide that peace in death.
According to the report, Gray appears to have kept that promise. One website, Find a Grave, has claimed that Coleman’s ashes were scattered on a train track in Illinois, but that claim has not been publicly confirmed. The exact location of Coleman’s final resting place remains unverified and has not been officially disclosed.
