Lindsay Arnold has welcomed her third child with husband Sam Cusick. The former “Dancing With the Stars” professional announced on Thursday that baby No. 3 has arrived, sharing the news on Instagram with a message expressing gratitude and love. She said the newborn is a baby boy and noted that he was delivered via C-section. The couple has not yet revealed the baby’s name.
Arnold and Cusick are already parents to two daughters, Sage and June. Sage was born in November 2020, and June followed in May 2023. With the arrival of their son, the family now includes three children.
The pregnancy had been publicly shared in November 2025, when Arnold posted maternity photos featuring both daughters as part of the announcement. At the time, she said she and Cusick felt blessed, grateful, and excited about expanding their family. The couple later revealed the baby’s sex in December 2025 through an Instagram post that included blue confetti balloons. Arnold wrote then that she and Cusick had opened the results privately, but she remembered her husband’s enthusiastic reaction when he learned they were expecting a boy. She also praised him as a devoted father and said their son was lucky to have him.
Arnold and Cusick have been together since they were teenagers. The pair met when they were 15, became engaged in December 2014 while vacationing in Africa, and married in Utah the following summer in 2015. Their relationship has been a long-standing part of Arnold’s public story, alongside her career on “Dancing With the Stars.”
In August 2022, Arnold announced that she was leaving the ABC dance competition after more than a decade as a professional dancer. She described the decision as one of the hardest of her life, but said she felt peace about stepping away in order to focus on her family. She emphasized that her departure did not reflect a loss of love for the show, saying that her appreciation for “DWTS” would never change.
Since then, Arnold has continued to share personal milestones with followers, including pregnancy updates and family moments. The birth of her son marks a new chapter for the dancer and her husband as they grow their family with three children.
