D23 Night Returns to Oogie Boogie Bash at Disney Halloween Party

Disney has announced detailed terms for Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party, including an event night reserved exclusively for D23 Members and their guests. Tickets are limited by date, must be purchased online in advance, and will not be sold on the day of the event. Each person may buy up to eight tickets per event date, and standard discounts do not apply. Tickets are nonrefundable, nontransferable for commercial purposes, and valid only for the specific event date and hours listed. Parking is not included in the ticket price.
Guests ages 2 and under do not need tickets. However, D23 Members purchasing tickets for the special member-only night must be General or Gold Members, and the member must attend and enter the event with their guests. A physical or digital membership card, available in the D23 app, may be required for admission. If the D23 Member does not attend or cannot present proof of membership and tickets, neither the member nor guests will be admitted, and all associated benefits, gifts and experiences will be forfeited.
Disney says only select attractions, experiences, offerings and services will be available during the event, and all elements are subject to availability, restrictions, change or cancellation without notice. No refunds will be issued for changes caused by weather, labor disputes or other circumstances. Lightning Lane Multi Pass, Premier Pass and Single Pass will not be offered during the event.
The announcement also includes costume rules for children and adults. Costumes must follow Disney’s official guidelines, with an emphasis on safety and appropriateness. Outfits cannot be obstructive or offensive, and guests are expected to use good judgment throughout the event.
For theme park entry, guests are directed to Disneyland Resort’s “Welcome to a Land of Magic” information. Disney also notes that PhotoPass photos taken during the event can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the event wristband in the Disneyland app. Photos must be linked to a MyDisney account and can be downloaded for up to 45 days after capture. Some separately priced PhotoPass products are excluded.
Disney further states that all D23 event sales are final, with no cancellations or refunds for any reason, including illness or travel changes. Tickets are not transferable. The company also includes a filming and photography notice saying attendees consent to being recorded during the event, and that Disney may use such images and recordings for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation.
