He described her fan base as “a movement” and said it was his honor to present the award.
Karol G accepted the honor with gratitude and responded warmly to Legend’s remarks. She joked that receiving the award from him made the moment feel especially memorable and called it a “legend moment” in her career. She also reflected on the personal meaning of her music, saying it has given her purpose and allowed her songs to speak for many people. Karol added that her life feels meaningful because of her music and her ability to help others through it.
