Anna Wintour’s Daughter Bee Shaffer Makes Tony Awards Debut with New Beau Greg Nobile

Bee Shaffer, daughter of Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, appeared to mark a new chapter in her personal life by attending major entertainment events with different companions in 2024 and 2025. In May 2024, she was at the Met Gala with her husband of eight years, photographer Francesco Carrozzini, but by June she was seen at the Tony Awards after-party with theater producer Greg Nobile. The sighting at the Carlyle drew attention because it came during Broadway’s biggest weekend and suggested Shaffer’s relationship status had changed.

The report said Shaffer was holding hands with Nobile at the high-profile after-party, which was attended by many prominent figures from the Broadway community. The event was co-hosted by publicist Rick Miramontez and producers John Gore and Jamie DuMont, and guests reportedly included Daniel Radcliffe, Lesley Manville, Mark Strong, Shoshana Bean and Rachel Dratch.

Shaffer and Nobile are not strangers professionally. They worked together on productions including the 2023 revival of “Parade” and the 2025 staging of “The Last Five Years.” Nobile is the founder of Seaview Productions, a company credited with producing multiple theater projects, including Radcliffe’s “Every Brilliant Thing” and “The Fear of 13.”

The article noted that Page Six first reported in mid-May that Shaffer had moved on with Nobile. A source said at the time that she had been separated for some time and was moving ahead with her life. Images from later events, including one from April 2025, also showed Shaffer and Nobile together publicly.

Carrozzini and Shaffer confirmed their separation in a joint statement, saying that after 10 years together they had decided to part ways. They said their careers had taken them in different directions but emphasized that they remained close friends and committed parents to their son. They also asked for privacy and said it was the only statement they would make on the matter.

The couple share a 4-year-old son.

Shaffer’s appearances at two of the most prominent cultural events in New York, first with Carrozzini and then with Nobile, highlighted a personal transition unfolding in public view. As the daughter of one of fashion’s most powerful figures, her relationships often attract attention, and this sequence of high-profile appearances has made her latest romantic shift a subject of interest in both fashion and theater circles.
