Surprise Headliner Set to Perform in Budapest After Champions League Final

American rapper Travis Scott is set to perform in Budapest on Saturday, May 30, headlining the afterparty of the Champions League final at Barba Negra in Csepel, according to Hirado.hu. The event is being organized as an all-night program running into Sunday morning, with Scott appearing alongside DJ Lucky. Organizers said they want to bring an American club-style atmosphere to the Hungarian capital for the occasion.

The concert will feature several well-known Hungarian acts as well. Among the performers announced are Pogány Induló and Beton.Hofi, both major names in the local music scene. The full schedule begins at 8 p.m. with Artheon, followed by Binhky and Zomblaze. Pogány Induló is expected to perform at midnight, with Beton.Hofi taking the stage at 12:30 a.m. Travis Scott and DJ Lucky are scheduled to begin at 1 a.m. on Sunday, and the night will close with a DJ set by Niki Belucci at 2 a.m.

The organizers said the venue has limited capacity and the event will be open only to guests aged 18 and over. They emphasized that the afterparty is designed as a high-energy celebration following one of the biggest football events of the year.

Scott, who has received ten Grammy nominations, is among the most recognizable artists in contemporary hip-hop. He has also drawn attention over the years for controversies surrounding his performances and public image. Despite that, he remains one of the most commercially successful and widely followed performers in the world, with a reputation for large-scale live shows and festival appearances.

This will not be Scott’s first performance in Hungary. He previously appeared in Budapest in 2016, when he was still a rising artist and performed at the A38 venue during the Sziget Festival. At the time, he had not yet reached the global prominence he later achieved through chart-topping albums, major collaborations, and headline festival slots worldwide.

The Budapest appearance adds to a busy international profile for Scott, who continues to attract major audiences across Europe and beyond. For local fans, the May 30 event offers a rare chance to see him perform in the Hungarian capital in a club setting rather than at a stadium or large festival. With a mix of international star power and prominent Hungarian artists, the afterparty is expected to draw significant attention from music fans in Budapest and beyond.
