Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian Reveal Miscarriage Before Welcoming Rocky

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are reflecting on one of the most painful moments of their relationship as they share details about their fertility journey and pregnancy loss. Nearly three years after welcoming their son Rocky, the couple revealed that they became pregnant about six months after they began dating in 2021. They were expecting a baby girl and had already chosen the name Tulip.

In Travis Barker’s upcoming documentary, Travis Barker: Love is Louder Than Fear, the couple describe the emotional experience of losing the pregnancy during what was supposed to be a routine three-month appointment. They learned that the baby no longer had a heartbeat. Kardashian said the loss left them devastated, adding that they cried for days.

The documentary premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York on June 13 and is set to release on Hulu on August 13. In it, Barker and Kardashian open up about the grief they felt and the difficult path they faced on their way to becoming parents together.

Kardashian and Barker have previously spoken about the ups and downs of their fertility struggles, and this latest account offers another deeply personal look at what they endured before welcoming Rocky. Their story adds to the couple’s broader public image as two people who have navigated fame, family, and private heartbreak while building a life together.

The pair also continue to co-parent their children from previous relationships. Kardashian shares Mason Disick, 16, Penelope Disick, 13, and Reign Disick, 11, with ex Scott Disick. Barker is father to Atiana De La Hoya, 27, Landon Barker, 22, and Alabama Barker, 20, with ex Shanna Moakler.

Their documentary sheds light on the emotional toll of pregnancy loss and the vulnerability behind their family journey. By speaking openly about the baby they lost, Kardashian and Barker are highlighting a part of their relationship that has remained deeply personal, while also sharing the heartbreak that shaped their path to parenthood.
