Teresa Giudice’s Daughter Milania Arrested After Violent Incident

Milania Giudice, the daughter of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice, has drawn attention for her growing social media presence and her life as a college student. The 20-year-old, who has built a large following online, recently stepped away from posting before resuming her regular activity. During that period, it emerged that she had been arrested in New Jersey following what authorities described as a domestic violence-related incident.

According to reports, Giudice was arrested in Montville Township, New Jersey, on May 14 after police responded to an incident around 6:12 p.m. She was charged with simple assault and purposely or knowingly causing bodily injury. A hearing was held on May 19, though she did not enter a plea at that time.

Giudice has more than 500,000 followers on TikTok and frequently shares multiple posts each day. On the day of the reported incident, she posted a video showing her wearing a green jacket, dark top, and white pants, with a sound that described her as “a diva.” After that, she briefly paused her activity on the platform before returning to her normal posting schedule. Her online presence has made her a familiar figure among fans of the Giudice family and the Bravo reality series.

The arrest quickly sparked reaction across social media, especially among “RHONJ” viewers. Many commenters referenced Teresa Giudice’s well-known history on the show, including the famous table-flip moment from the series’ first season. Reactions ranged from surprise to sarcasm, with some users suggesting the incident was not unexpected and others joking that aggressive behavior runs in the family. Several fans also noted that the arrest reportedly happened while filming for the upcoming season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” raising the possibility that it could become part of the show’s storyline.

Teresa Giudice has previously spoken publicly about her daughter’s challenges, including the impact of Joe Giudice’s prison sentence. Teresa served time in prison from January to December 2015, while Joe was incarcerated from March 2016 until March 2019. After her release, Teresa said she worked hard to keep life as normal as possible for her children, describing them as strong and resilient.

In a 2019 interview, Teresa said Milania had struggled the most during that period but had made significant progress. She said Milania had seen a therapist, was doing better in school, and had made personal improvements. Teresa added that watching her daughters grow up quickly because of the family’s legal troubles made motherhood especially emotional, but she believed they had done well despite the difficulties.

Milania is currently a student at the University of Tampa, where she studies public relations. She began college in the fall of 2024 and recently completed her sophomore year. In June 2025, she said she loved college and was excited about living in an apartment with one roommate during her second year.
