Jessica Alba Divorce Turns Bitter Amid Reports of Younger Boyfriend

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren, who separated after nearly 16 years of marriage, are reportedly facing new tension as they adjust to life after their split and continue co-parenting their three children. Although Alba publicly framed the end of the marriage as a commitment to mutual respect, kindness, and care, recent reports suggest the relationship between the former spouses has become less cordial in the months since.
According to sources quoted by Star Magazine, Warren is said to be unsettled by the public attention surrounding Alba’s romance with actor Danny Ramirez. The report claims Warren feels frustrated by what he views as the highly visible nature of the relationship, especially after social media posts and public appearances made Alba and Ramirez’s connection more apparent. One insider alleged that Warren believes he has handled the separation with restraint, but feels Alba has intensified the situation by displaying affection in public.
The same report suggests Alba sees Warren’s reaction differently and interprets it as bitterness over her moving on. Sources described her as believing Warren is struggling to accept the end of the marriage and is reacting with resentment rather than understanding. While neither Alba nor Warren has publicly addressed the allegations, the reported friction has drawn attention as more details emerge about their post-divorce dynamic.
Public interest increased after Ramirez shared vacation photos from Mexico that included an image of Alba kissing his cheek. Around the same time, observers noted that Alba and Warren appeared to keep their distance from each other at their daughter Honor’s high school graduation in Los Angeles on May 28, reinforcing speculation that their relationship may be strained. Despite that, sources say both remain committed to their children and are focused on co-parenting Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and Hayes, 8.
The divorce settlement, filed in court on March 16, outlines how the couple’s assets will be divided. Their marriage lasted from May 19, 2008, until their separation on December 27, 2024. The agreement includes the division of community property accumulated during the marriage, such as investments, stock holdings, artwork, furniture, and multiple properties. Alba is reportedly set to pay Warren $5 million from the sale of one jointly owned home and reserve $500,000 for child-related expenses.
The settlement also gives Warren a share of Alba’s residuals and royalty income from projects completed during the marriage, along with half of her restricted shares in The Honest Company. In return, Alba will receive half of Warren’s profits from production projects made during their marriage. Income earned before the wedding or after the separation remains separate property.
The agreement establishes joint legal custody, with both parents sharing responsibility for major decisions involving the children’s health, education, and welfare. Neither parent will pay child support, and both have waived future claims to spousal support.
