Dunkin’ Serves Pink This Summer with Bold New Beverages and Barbie Collaboration

Dunkin’ is launching a limited-time summer menu starting June 3, 2026, led by a new collaboration with Barbie and a slate of pink-themed drinks, food items and rewards offers. The centerpiece of the promotion is Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam, a strawberry-flavored topping that adds a bright pink finish to several iced beverages. Dunkin’ says the partnership is meant to highlight the brand’s longstanding association with pink while creating a playful seasonal moment for guests.
The new drink lineup includes Pink Pineapple Refresher, plus several “Daydream” variations such as Ultimate Pink Daydream Refresher, Double Strawberry Daydream Refresher, Pink Mango Daydream Refresher and Pink Cherry Daydream Refresher. Additional beverages include Strawberry Cloud Matcha, Strawberries & Crème Cloud Dunkalatte and Almond Strawberry Shortcake Iced Coffee, all of which can be finished with Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam. Dunkin’ says the Pink Pineapple Refresher can be customized with different bases, including green tea, black tea, lemonade, oatmilk, protein milk and sparkling water, along with different sweetness levels.
The Barbie collaboration extends beyond the menu into marketing content, including a stop-motion video featuring Barbie “Brooklyn” Roberts and Barbie “Malibu” Roberts. Dunkin’ also plans a Barbie DreamHouse-inspired store takeover in New York City beginning June 10, transforming a Manhattan location into a pink-themed destination throughout June. A Barbie Pink Pineapple Cup will also be available at participating locations on June 12 while supplies last.
Alongside the sweet drinks, Dunkin’ is adding both nostalgic and savory food items. The Rocket Pop Classic Donut features a yeast shell filled with cherry, lime and raspberry-flavored buttercreme, topped with blue icing and a stars-and-stripes sprinkle blend. New savory items include the Golden BBQ Hash Brown Wake-Up Wrap, made with bacon, egg, American cheese, hash browns and Golden BBQ sauce, and Golden BBQ Loaded Hash Browns with bacon and sauce. Dunkin’ is also continuing its $6 Meal Deal, which includes any two Wake-Up Wrap sandwiches and a medium hot or iced coffee.
Dunkin’ Rewards members will get a series of limited-time promotions through late June, including discounts and bonus points on cold foam drinks, beverages, Refreshers and drive-thru or mobile orders. The company says more seasonal drops and surprises are still to come as it continues its pink-themed summer campaign.
