RHOA Star Drew Sidora Secures Divorce Win, Will Stay in Georgia Mansion

Drew Sidora has secured a significant legal victory in her divorce from Ralph Pittman after a Georgia judge reversed an earlier order that would have forced her to leave the couple’s marital home by May 31. New court documents indicate that Sidora and Pittman may both remain in the house for now as their contentious split continues. The decision came after Sidora filed an urgent request asking the court to reconsider, arguing that being removed from the home on short notice would create a severe hardship for her family. She said she did not have the financial means to secure a new residence for herself and her 14-year-old son, Josiah, from a previous relationship, and warned that eviction could leave them without stable housing.

The ruling marks an important moment in a divorce case that has grown increasingly public and bitter since both parties filed separate legal documents in March 2023. Sidora’s amended filings previously accused Pittman of cheating and of causing mental and financial abuse. Pittman has denied those allegations and responded publicly with his own accusations, turning the split into a prolonged media and social media battle.

According to the dispute described in the filings, the earlier temporary arrangement required Sidora and Pittman to share household expenses equally only until her scheduled move-out date. Sidora challenged that arrangement, saying the financial burden was unfair because Pittman allegedly earns roughly three times more than she does. She also accused him of allowing a past-due mortgage balance of $25,251.07 to accumulate on the property. The judge’s revised order now removes the immediate pressure for Sidora to leave, at least for the time being.

The fight over the home is only one part of a wider and highly acrimonious breakup. Over the past year, Pittman has used social media to make damaging claims about Sidora’s conduct during the marriage. He posted screenshots of text messages and other material on X, formerly Twitter, to support his allegations that Sidora was unfaithful. He also accused her of having a relationship with a business consultant named Blakk and shared images that appeared to show former WNBA player Ty Young kissing Sidora on the neck.

Pittman further claimed that a well-known Real Housewives of Atlanta storyline involving his solo trip to Tampa was not spontaneous reality TV drama but a staged reenactment designed by producers to portray him negatively. Sidora has repeatedly denied that she had any romantic relationship with either Blakk or Ty Young, saying those connections were purely platonic and unrelated to the collapse of her marriage.

Despite the public accusations and ongoing legal conflict, Sidora has said her priority is protecting her children. She and Pittman share joint legal custody of their two younger children, Machai, 10, and Aniya, 8. The latest court decision gives Sidora more time and stability as the divorce battle continues.
