The Blink-182 drummer said in February 2025 that Rocky was already playing drums “constantly, 24/7,” and noted that even at a very young age, his son had been drawn to multiple instruments, including drums and guitar. Barker said he and Kardashian see their role as guiding their children while allowing them to develop their own talents and identities.
The Instagram moment follows another post from April 2025, when Barker shared a photo of Rocky practicing on a Travis Barker drum pad. The image suggested that the toddler had been exploring percussion for some time and was already showing a natural curiosity for music.
