The anniversary jewelry arrived shortly after Kardashian honored the occasion with a sentimental Instagram post. She shared two photos from the couple’s wedding and captioned them, “5.22.22 [heart emoji] forever,” highlighting the date of their public wedding celebration in 2022.
The couple’s marriage has unfolded in several memorable stages. They made their union legal in a private courthouse ceremony in Santa Barbara, California, on May 15, 2022, in an intimate setting attended by only a small group of family and close friends. A week later, on May 22, 2022, they celebrated again with a larger, highly publicized wedding in Portofino, Italy, where they exchanged vows before family and friends in a lavish ceremony.
Before either of those events, Kardashian and Barker had already staged what they called a “practice wedding” at the One Love Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas on April 4, 2022.
