Kendra Wilkinson Slams Body Shamers Over Breast Implant Criticism

Kendra Wilkinson is pushing back against online comments about her appearance while opening up about her weight-loss journey. The former reality television star and realtor responded after critics left remarks under one of her Instagram posts suggesting that her breast implants made her look heavier and that she should consider a reduction. Wilkinson fired back with sarcasm, asking who would pay for the surgery and joking about whether critics wanted her Venmo information to fund it.
Wilkinson later reposted the comments to her Instagram Stories and made clear that she is comfortable with her body as it is. In a selfie, she wrote that until she has money for a breast reduction, she plans to love her boobs the way they are. She also directly addressed age-related criticism and body shaming, saying she is fine with aging and no longer cares about male attention. She told commenters to look elsewhere and leave her alone.
The social media exchange came as Wilkinson continued documenting her use of a GLP-1 medication as part of her weight-loss journey. In the original video, she said she was in “month two” of the process and explained that she is trying to be intentional rather than focus only on the number on the scale. She said the goal is to feel like herself again, regain real energy and trust the process without rushing it. She also said that fitting into her pants is a welcome bonus.
Wilkinson first spoke publicly about using a weight-loss drug in March, saying that she wanted to get back into her jeans and describing herself as a little overweight. She framed the decision as a practical one, not a dramatic transformation, and said she is taking things one step at a time.
This is not the first time Wilkinson has spoken openly about her breasts and cosmetic surgery. In 2018, she explained on Instagram that she had her breasts done at 18 because she was a tomboy and wanted to feel more feminine. She said the decision was made before Playboy entered the picture and later described the surgery as the best investment she had made. She also said she has always remained herself and does not view the implants as a way to seek attention.
Wilkinson first became famous on the 2005 E! reality series “The Girls Next Door,” which chronicled the lives of Hugh Hefner’s live-in girlfriends. After leaving the Playboy Mansion in 2009, she married former NFL player Hank Baskett. The couple had two children, son Hank and daughter Alijah, before divorcing in 2018.
Her latest response reflects a continued willingness to speak candidly about body image, aging and public scrutiny, even as she shares updates on her health and weight-loss goals.
