Erika Kirk Speaks Out After Being Linked to Relative of Casino Mogul

Erika Kirk, the widow of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, has denied rumors that she is romantically involved with Blake Wynn, the nephew of casino billionaire Steve Wynn. The speculation began after a post on X, formerly Twitter, claimed Erika had been seen with Wynn at a Beverly Hills hotel and suggested the two were dating. The allegation quickly spread online, prompting responses from both Erika and Wynn.

Erika, 37, rejected the claims in a public statement, calling them false and malicious. She said that on May 14, the date she was allegedly spotted with Wynn, she was actually at home celebrating her son’s second birthday. Erika and Charlie Kirk had two children together, including a son born in May 2024 and a daughter born in August 2022.

In her response, Erika also defended Wynn, describing him as a longtime friend of her late husband. She said Wynn was expected to become engaged to his longtime girlfriend and noted that he had been one of many people offering support after Charlie’s death. Erika accused Project Constitution, the account that spread the rumor, of having a “deranged obsession” with her and showing a “blatant disregard for any form of truth whatsoever.”

Wynn also publicly denied the relationship allegation. In a post on X, he said he was not dating Erika Kirk and criticized the account behind the claim for spreading fabricated stories under the pretense of journalism. He later mocked the sourcing used in the rumor, dismissing it as unreliable and absurd.

The rumor surfaced amid continued online scrutiny of Erika Kirk following the death of Charlie Kirk, who was fatally shot at Utah Valley University eight months earlier at age 31. After his death, Erika was unanimously named CEO and chair of Turning Point USA, the conservative organization Charlie founded. Since taking on that leadership role, she has faced growing attention, including conspiracy theories and criticism from both opponents and some former supporters.

The online backlash has intensified around her public appearances and posts, including an emotional anniversary tribute she shared in May for what would have been the couple’s fifth wedding anniversary. The video drew sympathy from supporters but also criticism from detractors who accused her of turning private grief into public performance.

Despite the renewed attention and speculation, both Erika Kirk and Blake Wynn have firmly rejected the dating claims. Their denials were presented as direct pushback against what they described as false reporting and online harassment, while the controversy added another chapter to the intense scrutiny surrounding Erika since Charlie Kirk’s death.
