Alessandra Sublet’s Sister Romy Is an Inspiring Coach with Many Talents

On Saturday, June 13, TF1’s 50’ Inside will feature Alessandra Sublet in an intimate portrait focused on her divorce, her blended family and her desire for freedom. The program comes as the former French TV host continues a major professional transition, having moved from television to work as a speaker and author. Sublet, who became widely known over two decades through shows such as C à vous, L’amour est dans le pré and C’est Canteloup, has recently expanded her public profile with new projects, including the book Toi que je n’attendais plus, published in January by Robert Laffont, and the comic book 3 + 2 = Five, released on May 22 by Dargaud.
Behind her public success, Sublet also relies on strong family support, especially from her sister Romy. Romy Sublet has built her own career as a physical and mental coach in the Jura region, near Moirans-en-Montagne. Her work combines several wellness and performance disciplines, including sophrology, the Wim Hof method, Pilates, massages and NLP. She offers personalized coaching through her website and draws on a wide range of sporting experiences, from the Paris Marathon to flying trapeze.
Romy also shares her approach through a self-help book called BASICS and a podcast of the same name available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. She describes her mission as passing on her knowledge with passion as a sports coach and sophrologist.
The two sisters recently came together in Paris on June 1, when Alessandra Sublet launched premium coaching sessions centered on public speaking and self-knowledge. Romy helped organize the intimate workshops, reinforcing the close bond between them. Alessandra later posted a selfie of the pair on Instagram in front of the Eiffel Tower, highlighting both their strong resemblance and their family connection.
The portrait on 50’ Inside places Alessandra Sublet’s personal and professional evolution in the spotlight while also drawing attention to the lesser-known but equally driven career of her sister Romy, who has developed her own path in the wellness and coaching world.
