New Music Friday, May 29: Paul McCartney, Ariana Grande, Hilary Duff, Latto, Tim McGraw, Riley Green and More
New music releases, tour news, and major live-event announcements are highlighted this week as artists across pop, country, hip-hop, and K-pop roll out fresh projects for the summer. Riley Green is set to co-host CMA Fest presented by SoFi with Lara Spencer when the event kicks off June 4 in Nashville. The three-hour concert special will be filmed during the 53rd CMA Fest, air June 25 on ABC, and stream the next day on Hulu. Green also announced his fourth studio album, That’s Just Me, due September 18. His new single, “Think As You Drunk,” a tribute to Toby Keith, is available now.
Role Model also revealed new album plans, announcing his third studio album, Chuck Timely & The Hourglass, arriving August 7. The rollout began with a mysterious campaign involving old-fashioned acquaintance cards sent to fans from the fictional “Chuck Timely.” The first single from the album, “High Hopes 3000,” will be released June 3.
