Khloé Kardashian Says She Pressured Ex Tristan Thompson to Get a Vasectomy

Khloé Kardashian said on her podcast that she pushed former boyfriend Tristan Thompson to get a vasectomy after years of cheating scandals and multiple children with different women. The conversation took place on the May 28 episode of Khloé in Wonder Land, where Thompson discussed whether he wanted more children and how the procedure fit into his future.

Thompson, 35, said he and Kardashian still have the option to have more children because he signed off on two embryos. But he made clear that he did not want to father any more kids outside of the relationship, saying he already has “enough baby moms.” Kardashian, 40, responded that his decision was smart and joked that she helped guide him toward it, saying he may have received “a little ultimatum” from her.

The pair, who share daughter True, 8, and son Tatum, 3, spoke openly about the procedure and the possibility of a reversal. Kardashian noted that a vasectomy can be undone if circumstances change, but Thompson rejected that idea and said he had no intention of going through the operation again. He also described the surgery as quick and low-risk, saying it took only about 15 minutes and that he was able to go home and watch the NBA Finals later that day.

He later fathered another son, Theo, with fitness trainer Maralee Nichols, who became pregnant while Thompson was still with Kardashian.
