EastEnders Reveals Four More Exits as Wedding Outcome Unfolds in Early iPlayer Release

EastEnders delivered a dramatic Thursday episode on 28 May, with multiple exits and a wedding day collapse before Vicki Fowler and Ross Marshall eventually reunited and married. The episode, already available on BBC iPlayer before its BBC One broadcast, centered on the fallout from Vicki’s secret affair with Zack Hudson and the shockwaves it sent through the Square.

At the wedding marquee, Ross began to piece together the truth and asked Vicki whether Zack was the man she had previously slept with. Vicki confirmed it, leaving Ross furious and prompting him to storm out. Sharon was stunned by the revelation, as the secret relationship between Vicki and Zack came into the open. Outside, Ross confronted Zack in anger and punched him. Zack admitted that he still loved Vicki, but said she had repeatedly made it clear her feelings remained with Ross.

Vicki then rejected Zack and went to the allotments, where she tried to apologise to Ross. The conversation quickly turned into a bitter row, with Ross comparing Vicki to her father and Vicki firing back by saying Ross sounded like his son Joel. Despite the explosive exchange, Vicki declared her love and commitment to Ross and returned to the altar hoping to save the wedding.

Ross, however, was left conflicted. Before making his decision, he received support from Patrick, who was preparing to leave Walford temporarily to visit his grandchildren in Scotland. Sharon also urged Ross not to let the Zack situation cloud his judgment, telling him that Vicki loved him deeply and that he should not overthink the betrayal. Heartbroken and uncertain, Vicki was forced to stop the celebrations in the marquee, fearing the wedding was over. But in a final emotional twist, Ross returned at the last minute, and the couple reunited as their favourite song played.

The pair then went on to marry in front of the community in a joyful ending to a volatile day. The episode also included another exit storyline, as Sharon left with Albie for an early flight back to Florida. She told Phil that she would return to Walford properly in about a month after sorting out some loose ends.

Meanwhile, Priya was left devastated after discovering Ravi packing a bag following their recent night together. Ravi explained that he was leaving Walford and had already written a letter, which Priya had not opened. He said he needed to set her free so he could continue healing on his own after time spent in a mental health unit. Ravi also suggested that Priya should have understood his return was only to say goodbye. Despite Priya pleading with him to stay and saying their relationship would be over if he left, Ravi walked away with his bags, leaving her in tears.

The episode set up major emotional fallout ahead of a special upcoming week, with marriages, departures and broken relationships reshaping life in Walford.
