After suffering repeated discomfort at the hospital, she can no longer hide the truth. Alain reassures her, comforts her, and urges her to accept treatment before her condition puts patients at risk. To protect her privacy, he offers to help her go through withdrawal himself, without alerting anyone else. Clémence, afraid of losing everything, agrees to take 15 days off and begins preparing for the difficult process, while Alain promises to stay by her side through the evening.
Meanwhile, tensions continue to rise in Catherine’s family. Boris arrives at his mother’s home furious, accusing Catherine of ruining everyone’s lives. He tells her she cannot stop him from marrying Muriel or from adopting Toma, even if she continues to meddle. Catherine, however, remains convinced that Muriel is after the family inheritance and believes Boris is blind to the situation. Laurine strongly refuses to take part in her mother’s schemes and warns that if Catherine keeps pushing, she may lose her family entirely. Despite Catherine’s attempt to recruit her daughter’s help, Laurine makes it clear that she does not want to be involved in any of her plans.
At the tribunal, the legal battle tied to Eliott Faure’s death intensifies. Eve apologizes to Claudine for her behavior the day before and worries that her reaction may hurt the case, but the lawyer reassures her that it could actually influence the jurors. Florent questions Franz Muller, who continues to insist that Nathalie Gimenez asked for Eliott Faure to be killed. Florent challenges him about the recordings he used as evidence, pointing out that the audio appears to have been altered and that the final part, where Nathalie appears to retract her words, is missing. Franz maintains that he had already given the original version to the police and stands by his accusation.
Charles is struggling emotionally with the idea of testifying the next day. At the veterinary clinic, he tells Flore that he feels like disappearing and that he is exhausted from reliving the same painful memories about Eliott over and over again. Flore encourages him to see his testimony as a necessary step toward mourning and moving forward, but Charles remains hesitant and overwhelmed.
Later in the evening, Eve meets a man in a car and exchanges cash for several vials of medication. Her secret purchase raises questions about whether she intends to use them against Nathalie Gimenez.
