90 Day Fiancé: Egyptian “Movie Star” Mido Rants at Debby Over Shocking Reason

Mido and Debby’s relationship took a sharp turn just days after he arrived in New Orleans from Egypt on Sunday’s episode of “90 Day Fiancé,” with the couple clashing over intimacy, expectations, and a growing lack of respect.
Mido, 41, is engaged to Debby, 55, but his intentions have already raised concerns. He has been open about wanting to become a movie star in the United States and says he is already a star in Egypt, though Debby says she has never seen any of his films. During his first night in the U.S., the couple shared a bed while waiting for marriage before becoming intimate, since Mido’s Muslim faith prevents sex before marriage. Debby tried to avoid tempting him by wearing a long, modest flannel nightgown, but Mido laughed at her appearance and later told cameras that she was “not sexy at all” and that he felt no temptation.
The moment also revealed tension over their future compatibility. When a producer asked whether he worried about sexual compatibility after marriage, Mido admitted it was a “big problem” and said that if he was not comfortable with Debby after marriage, he would leave her. He also built a pillow barrier between them in bed, reinforcing the emotional distance already forming between the pair.
The conflict continued after a day in New Orleans, when Mido asked how far they were from Hollywood and was surprised to learn it would take days to drive there. He immediately pushed Debby to move to Los Angeles so he could pursue acting, arguing that she had already made a major sacrifice by bringing him from Egypt. Debby was reluctant and worried that Mido might not stay if his movie ambitions did not work out.
Their problems escalated again after the couple moved into a new apartment. Debby said they got into a fight over something trivial involving a video request while Mido was driving a truck. According to Debby, she accidentally took a photo instead of a video, and Mido exploded over the mistake. Mido told a different version, claiming Debby became angry, threw her phone at his face, and failed to apologize the way he expected. He said he even offered to repeat the moment, but she did not respond the way he wanted.
The argument left Mido cold and distant, and he refused to speak to Debby, choosing instead to lie down in his room. Debby, meanwhile, made it clear she was done tolerating disrespect. She said she was not going to be a “doormat” and would not allow herself to be treated poorly. She also said she does not feel the need to document every moment of her life for social media just because Mido wants constant video content.
By the end of the episode, the couple’s relationship looked increasingly strained, with both sides blaming the other and neither appearing willing to back down. What began as excitement over Mido’s move to the U.S. quickly turned into a battle over control, compatibility, and whether the relationship can survive outside the cameras.
