Diddy Accused of Sexual Assault in New Lawsuit Filed by Former Child Actor
Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sued again in a new civil complaint filed by a man who says he was a former child actor and was sexually assaulted at a Hollywood Hills party in 2007. According to the allegations described in court documents, the plaintiff says he attended the event as a networking opportunity, met Combs there, and was later asked to speak privately about career prospects. The lawsuit claims that once alone, Combs allegedly engaged in unwanted sexual contact and oral sex, despite the plaintiff saying he was uncomfortable and tried to stop the encounter.
The man, identified in the filing as John Doe, says he left the party in shock after the alleged incident. He is seeking unspecified damages and has also named other parties in the lawsuit, alleging they had a duty to protect him from harm. The complaint revives accusations against Combs at a time when he is already facing major legal consequences from a separate criminal case.
Combs’ representative has strongly denied the allegations, calling them false and baseless. In a statement to TMZ, his spokesperson said the claims are “ridiculous” and insisted that Combs has “never sexually assaulted anyone,” including any child. The statement also accused the plaintiff of trying to profit from the case through lawyers.
The new lawsuit adds to the growing legal scrutiny surrounding the music mogul, who is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence after being convicted last year on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution under the Mann Act. Combs is reportedly appealing that conviction.
The latest filing is likely to intensify public attention on the broader wave of accusations and lawsuits connected to Combs in recent years. The complaint centers on events that allegedly took place nearly two decades ago, when the plaintiff says he was still a minor and working in the entertainment industry. The case has not yet been resolved, and the allegations have not been proven in court.
As with any case involving allegations of sexual assault, the claims remain allegations unless and until they are tested through the legal process. The lawsuit follows a pattern of civil claims and public denials that have kept Combs at the center of controversy, even as his criminal appeal moves forward.
