Season 3 of The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys opens with major personal and financial pressure on the McBee family as they prepare for Steve McBee Sr.’s sentencing following his guilty plea in federal crop insurance fraud. The preview, set just before the court decision, shows the family trying to balance fear about Steve Sr.’s future with new developments in their lives, including marriages, babies, homeownership, and business concerns.
At the center of the sneak peek is Steven McBee Jr., who admits he has been anxious and unable to sleep while waiting for news about his father’s sentence. His mother, Kristi McBee, also describes herself as a “nervous wreck” as the family braces for the outcome. Steven Jr. says the uncertainty has been the hardest part and hopes the punishment will amount to probation rather than jail time.
The preview also highlights major milestones for Cole McBee and Kacie Adkison. The couple are now parents to daughter Blair Collins McBee, born on December 13, 2024, and are living in what they describe as their dream home. Cole says he invested much of what he had saved since high school to build the house, which he and Kacie designed together. Despite the joy of new parenthood and their home, both express concern about Steve Sr.’s sentencing and what it could mean for the family.
Jesse McBee and Alli McBee are shown adjusting to life as first-time parents after welcoming daughter Summer Leigh McBee in April 2025, about six months after their wedding. Jesse says their first year of marriage has had ups and downs, while Alli describes the past year as a whirlwind marked by postpartum struggles, anxiety, and the challenges of adjusting to parenting while Jesse returned to work quickly. Both acknowledge that the experience has forced difficult conversations and taught them better communication. Jesse also admits that intimacy in the marriage has declined since their daughter was born.
The show also focuses on the growing financial anxiety surrounding McBee Farm & Cattle Co. Galyna Saltkovska, the company’s CFO and part-owner, says she is deeply worried about how the business will function if Steve Sr. is sentenced to jail, describing him as the “rock” that holds everything together. She warns that his absence could create major instability. Steven Jr. adds that the family’s loans include moral clauses that could allow banks to reconsider financing if an owner is convicted of a felony, potentially triggering a chain reaction of loan calls.
According to Galyna, the family has already sold about 60,000 acres of land to help pay off debt, and Steven Jr. says the company was already in a heavy debt position before the felony charge. He fears the situation could quickly escalate into an eight-figure financial crisis if lenders pull back. The clip ends with Steven Jr. reflecting that his father may not be the only one facing consequences from the sentencing.
