Alleged Jeffrey Epstein Victim Dined With Former Prince Andrew at Buckingham Palace and Attended Princess Beatrice’s 18th Birthday: Report
A new allegation tied to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation has renewed public attention on Andrew Mountbatten Windsor’s past association with the late financier. According to testimony reported by The Sun and other outlets, Sarah Kellen told US lawmakers that she spent time in royal settings, including attending a dinner at Buckingham Palace with Andrew and later appearing at Princess Beatrice’s 18th birthday celebration at Windsor Castle. If accurate, the claim would add a new and closely watched detail to the long-running scrutiny surrounding Epstein’s network and its connections to high-profile figures.
Kellen made the remarks while testifying before the US House Oversight Committee as part of an investigation into Epstein and his associates. She said she endured abuse by Epstein for more than a decade and described mistreatment by Epstein and others linked to him. However, she reportedly told lawmakers that she did not experience any inappropriate behavior from Andrew himself. Even so, the testimony has drawn attention because of Andrew’s well-documented friendship with Epstein and the continuing fallout from that relationship. Andrew has repeatedly denied wrongdoing related to the scandal and was stripped of his royal military affiliations and patronages after the controversy intensified.
Kellen also gave her view of Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s former girlfriend and longtime associate, who is now serving a prison sentence in the United States for sex trafficking offenses. In her testimony, Kellen suggested Maxwell played a major role in shaping Epstein’s lifestyle and influence, saying Maxwell helped show him how to use his money and live more extravagantly. Her comments add another layer to the broader examination of how Epstein’s social and criminal network operated and who may have enabled or participated in it.
Another claim in the testimony concerned Sarah Ferguson, Andrew’s former wife. Kellen reportedly said Maxwell arranged meetings between Ferguson and Epstein in 2008, during a period when Epstein was serving a jail sentence but was able to leave on day-release privileges. That allegation has further fueled interest in the extent of Epstein’s reach into elite social circles and the people who may have remained in contact with him despite his criminal history.
The testimony also brought renewed focus to Kellen’s own role in Epstein’s orbit. Some attorneys representing Epstein victims have previously described her as being involved in recruiting and grooming underage girls. She has also been identified in past negotiations as a possible co-conspirator. Kellen pushed back against that characterization in her testimony, saying she was never interviewed by law enforcement and was never given the chance to share her side of the story.
When asked for comment, Buckingham Palace referred reporters to a previous statement issued on behalf of King Charles III and Queen Camilla, which expressed sympathy for victims and survivors of abuse. The latest allegations are likely to deepen public discussion of Epstein’s network, the people connected to it, and the continuing consequences of one of the most closely examined scandals in recent years.
