Lenny Hochstein Sued by Woman Who Claims He Drugged and Sexually Assaulted Her

Lenny Hochstein, the Miami plastic surgeon and former husband of Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein, is facing serious allegations in a new lawsuit filed by a woman identified as Jane Doe. The complaint, obtained by TMZ, accuses Hochstein of drugging and sexually assaulting her after she visited his Star Island mansion in Miami in May 2025.
According to the lawsuit, Doe was in Miami from London when she met a younger man at Sopra Club. She claims he invited her to an exclusive afterparty at Hochstein’s home. Once there, she alleges there was no party and that Hochstein repeatedly made advances toward her during the evening. The filing says the situation escalated when Hochstein allegedly offered her a pill he described as a common sleep aid. Doe says she trusted him because he is a doctor and took the medication.
She alleges that she blacked out soon afterward and did not wake up until the next morning. The lawsuit claims Hochstein later told her they had sex, but she says she had already rejected his advances and was unable to consent because she was impaired. Doe also alleges that Hochstein initially identified the pill as melatonin, but after later researching what she remembered taking, she came to believe it was Ambien instead.
Doe is suing Hochstein for sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The filing adds another legal controversy for Hochstein, whose highly publicized divorce from Lisa Hochstein has already kept him in the public eye through both court proceedings and appearances on RHOM.
Hochstein has denied the allegations. In a statement to TMZ, he said, “I have never drugged or raped anyone in my life,” and described the encounter as one that happened more than a year ago. He also said there were multiple witnesses and argued that if the woman believed she had been raped, she should go to the police rather than file a lawsuit seeking money. Hochstein further claimed there is video of Doe leaving his home the next day “smiling and dancing,” which he said does not match the behavior of someone who believed she had been assaulted.
The case is ongoing, and no criminal charges were mentioned in the report. The allegations remain unproven in court. As the lawsuit moves forward, it is expected to attract attention because of Hochstein’s celebrity profile and his connection to one of Bravo’s most watched reality franchises.
