Kate Middleton and Prince William Join King Charles and Royal Family at Peter Phillips and Harriet Sperling’s Wedding

Peter Phillips, the 48-year-old son of Princess Anne and the late Queen Elizabeth II’s eldest grandchild, married Harriet Sperling on Saturday, June 6, at All Saints’ Church in Kemble, England. The ceremony brought together several senior and extended members of the British royal family, including King Charles, Queen Camilla, Prince William, Kate Middleton, Princess Anne, Zara Tindall and her husband Mike Tindall, and Prince Edward with his wife Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh. Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie also attended with their husbands, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi and Jack Brooksbank, marking a rare public appearance for the sisters.
Harriet Sperling, a pediatric nurse specialist, wore a custom white lace Emilia Wickstead gown, Jimmy Choo heels and the Pragnell Tiara. The wedding was especially meaningful for the couple as it was the second marriage for both bride and groom, and both have children from previous relationships. Peter’s daughters Savannah, 15, and Isla, 14, with ex-wife Autumn Kelly, served as bridesmaids, along with Harriet’s 13-year-old daughter Georginia from her marriage to fitness instructor Antonio St. John Sperling.
The royal turnout drew attention not only for the family gathering but also for the presence of Beatrice and Eugenie, whose recent public appearances have been closely watched amid renewed scrutiny of their parents’ ties to Jeffrey Epstein. Andrew was not invited to the wedding. Peter and Harriet announced their engagement in August 2025 after dating for a year. The celebration marked a significant family milestone for the royal household and highlighted a rare occasion of several senior royals appearing together at a private event.
